Deitrick - Entered into eternal rest at a local nursing home, Wednesday, September 13, 1972, Mrs. Nellie Cooke Deitrick, age 86. Widow of the late Claude P. Deitrick. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Nellie Ruth Lawrence of Richmond, Va., Mrs. Mary D. Goode of Moseley, Va., Mrs. Effie H. Hall of Saluda, Va., and Mrs. Hilda A. Howard of Sebring, Fla.; two sons, Jacob L. and Raymond E. Deitrick of Short Pump, Henrico County, Va.; fourteen grandchildren, nineteen, great-grandchidlren; one sister, Mrs. Kate Pickles. Mrs. Deitrick was a member of Deep Run Baptist Church. Remains rest at H. W. Johnson Funeral Home, located on Rockville Rd. near Short Pump. Funeral services at Deep Run Baptist Church Friday at 2:00 P.M., conducted by Rev. Phillip Cumbia. Interment in the church cemetery. Remains one hour prior to time of service. The family requests that flowers be omitted.
