      Mrs. Nora Kathleen Ridgley, age 90 of Frederick, died on May 6, 2015 at home. She was the wife of the late Alvie L. Ridgley. Born February 9, 1925 in Loudon County, VA she was the daughter of the late Harold Clayton and Leona Pauline Mann Virts. She is survived by her son, James T. Ridgley and grandson, William Ridgley and wife Julie and granddaughter Roxanne Saloky and husband Mark. She is also survived by a sister, Helen Baker and numerous nephews great nieces and nephews. Mrs. Ridgley was a member of the Grace United Church of Christ and the Golden Ray Sunday School Class. She worked for many years at Helen Stup's Beauty Shop before she retired.

      The family will receive friends on Monday, May 11, 2015 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Keeney & Basford Funeral Home, 106 E. Church St., Frederick where services will be held in the Etchison Memorial Chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at 11 AM. Rev. Rob Apgar-Taylor from Grace United Church of Christ will officiate. The interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Frederick. Contributions may be made in Mrs. Ridgley's name to the Grace United Church of Christ, 25 E. 2nd St., Frederick, MD 21701.
