Nicholas Runner, for a number of years a resident of Arba Community, died at his home, one-half mile east of Arba, Wed. morning. Surviving are two sons, Clarence of Palestine , O., and Ira, at home; two brothers, one sister, five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 10a.m.(EST) at the Miller Grove German Baptist church, one mile east and one-fourth mile north of Palestine. Friends may call at the home of his son in Palestine any time after 5 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
It is requested that no flowers be sent.
Nicholas was the son of Philip Runner and Mary Ann Bolyard, both born in Preston Co., WV.
