Sedgwick - An elderly Sedgwick couple apparently suffered heart attacks and died only moments apart in their garage here Thursday afternoon.
The bodies of Russell Fry and his wife, Bertha, both about 75, were discovered by a neither, Mrs. Ne. E. Fischer.
Harvey County Coroner Carl Thomkins said both died of heart attacks.
Mrs. Fischer reportedly "heard a commotion" at Frys' garage early Thursday afternoon, but didn't discover the couple until about 5:45 p.m.
Thomkins theorized that Fry suffered an attack and was discovered by his wife, who then was overcome. They were found lying outside their car, Fry near the rear of the car. The garage door was open.
Both had experienced heart trouble before, officials said.
