Elizabeth Beatrice Virts, 89, a lifetime resident of Lovettsville, died July 24 at Loudoun Hospital Center. Born Aug. 19, 1898, in Lovettsville, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Effie Wolford Conner and the wife if the late Lloyd R. Virts, a Lovettsville blacksmith who died March 2, 1982. Surviving are one son, Wilmuth R. Virts; one daughter, Catherine M. Wenner; and six grandchildren, Nancy Orndorff and Thomas Wenner, both of Lovettsville, Vicki Virts and Candi Virts, both of Brunswick, Md., Patti Virts of Cumberland, Md. And Kimmi Virts of Ranson, W. Va. Interment was in Mt. Olivet Methodist Cemetery, Lovettsville.
